Every new provider often asks for the same things: 100 Point ID, NDIS Worker Screening details, Working with Children Check, police check, First Aid, CPR, infection control training, driver licence evidence, qualifications, resume and references.
Most workers end up sending sensitive documents by email, text message, screenshots, shared folders or one-off upload links.
That means your private information can be copied, downloaded, forwarded or forgotten.
Kare Passport gives you a safer way to manage it. Upload your documents once, share controlled access when needed, and stop sharing when access is no longer required.
Kare Passport is your personal compliance wallet for NDIS and care work. It helps support workers, nurses, therapists, therapy assistants, coordinators, contractors and community care staff keep their work-ready documents organised, current and easier to share.
Your Passport belongs to you, not one employer.

Use Passport on web, iOS and Android. When you move between providers, your compliance history moves with you.
You email documents, upload them into different portals, send screenshots, then repeat the same process with the next provider. Once those files leave your inbox, you may not know where they are stored, who can access them, or whether they are still being used.
You keep your documents in your own Passport and share controlled access. You can choose what to share, set an expiry date, block downloads where available, and stop access when it is no longer needed.
Whether you work casually, subcontract, pick up shifts, support multiple participants or move between providers, Passport keeps your work documents ready.
